Kaye Petersen Horrocks

Kaye Petersen Horrocks, born April 29, 1936 in Brigham City, Ut. Graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in education. Married Harold K. Horrocks on July 29, 1960 in the Logan temple. Moved to Tooele and taught elementary school K through 3rd grade at Central Center, Harris Elementary and Stansbury for 34+ years. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Survived by her sister, Nedra Rasmussen of Upland, CA; sister-in-law, June Erickson of Tooele; brother-in-law, Donald Fay Horrocks (Vilia) of Kelso, WA; and many nephews and nieces. Preceded in death by her husband, parents, and brother. A viewing will be held Friday night from 6-8 pm at the LDS chapel (Tooele 17th Ward) located at 132 N 570 E. Funeral service will be held Saturday from 11:30 - 12:30 with a viewing prior from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the same location. Interment at the Tooele City Cemetery.

Kaye and Harold lived across the street from us for many years. We always enjoyed Kaye's smile and happy attitude. We appreciated all the interaction that we had through the years. We enjoyed the updates about the airplanes.

My mother, Geraldine Sagers, was especially close to Kaye.
